「The host was more than accommodating for our one night stay on a short notice! The king suite was everything the listing described! Two king-sized bedrooms with nice firm beds, comfortable bedding, plenty of hot water and good pressure. Perfectly decorated with adequate space for an overnight, or weekly stay! Cute, historic neighborhood that felt safe with lots of foks taking their daily stroll. Highly recommend!」

「Great location-only a short walk to Beale Street, gated parking was perfect and an end parking spot was a plus, condo was just as described with all the necessities. Host was great! 」

「Really lovely apartment- opposite a little park which has some interesting events going on. There’s a bar around the corner (Irish pub) which is very welcoming. We had everything we needed in the apartment and it is quite calm and cool. We had such a wonderful stay in Memphis- friendly people, welcoming atmosphere and loads to see and do. Jon the owner is exceptionally helpful and communicative Thankyou Jon! 」

「We came to Memphis on business, and chose this place because it had the best price. What we first pulled up, the neighborhood looked a little sketchy, but as advertised, it was clean and quiet all week. Amanda was wonderful to work with.」

「Enough space to accommodate all of our group, and then some if we had more people. Walked to National Civil Rights Museum and to Beale Street with no problem. Both are within a 5 minute walk.」

「Absolutely wonderful! Communication was perfect! Anything that you needed was supplied. Walking distance to everything! Great food nearby. Only thing beyond JR’s control was the gate to the parking. Make sure to listen for the beeps when you push the numbers. 」

「Jason is AWESOME!!!!! I had to reach out and he responded in less than 5min. The check-in process was superb! All Ts were crossed and all Is were dotted. He has clear instructions written out and posted. The property is EXACTLY as pictired online. All necessary supplies were supplied with plenty of extras. I LOVE the balcony and front porch! If you're wanting to sit out there, just bring a chair. I brought a beach chair and it was perfect. Also, Jason can't help this but the MOSQUITOES are...

「Parking lot had trash everywhere and big piles of trash too. Have to park in assigned spot so locals know you’re visiting. 4 locks on door is a big clue. Condo carpet stained but otherwise appeared clean. Probably cleaning chemical smell aggravated my allergies so didn’t even stay there. Owner graciously refunded cleaning fee. 」

「This is a cozy quiet location that was perfect for my wife and me. We loved the proximity to the freeway entrance which made it really easy to get around during our visit. The service stairwell and the hall smell like smoke but that is the only not so great thing about this place and it is more of a general building thing instead of the actual property. I would stay here again.」
