“We have nothing but good things to say about this place. The location was excellent ... very close to the water and to Puget Sound University if you are visiting the college. Our teen walked to the coffee shop down the hill each morning. The neighborhood is very safe. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms are nice and large. We also really appreciated the coffee and creamer. Another bonus ... we had forgotten a few items (like toothpaste) and they had a bunch of toiletries that we could……

“Condo is in an older building but is very well maintained. It is surrounded by $1M+ homes and the neighborhood is very safe. There are several local restaurants within walking distance as well as a grocery within a 5 min drive. It is super close to all that’s good in Tacoma as well as being close to I5. The best part about staying at the condo was my morning coffee with the stunning view!”

“I enjoyed my two week stay here. Travis was exceptional in responding to my requests. There were 47 steps which was unexpected but after hauling my stuff up- all went well. I enjoyed the pub below whose sound did not penetrate the unit. The location was great for my needs; good access to freeway; parking in the garage was easy. The unit was very clean when I arrived and had everything I needed. Highly recommend.”

“This was a perfect place for my husband and I because we could easily walk down the street to our son’s house to see our new grandchild. We loved that it had the outdoor patio with a water view. There are several steps up to the the patio and in and out of the rental, but that was fine for us. The Inside met all our needs and nothing was lacking. (Heads up, however, to vegans…there is a fair amount of leather and animal fur.) We would definitely come again!”

“We stayed at this condo in Tacoma the week of Thanksgiving and just loved everything about it! Ron was the perfect host! From finding the property, to knowing exactly where to park, and gaining access to the condo. “It was a great stay at the condo. The condo was very clean from the start. Kitchen had all the things you need even a coffee maker and toaster. The showers came with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. That was a plus for me. The view from main area is beautiful. And the neighborhood is such a beautiful area to walk around and drive. If I had known it didn't have windows within the unit and that there was only the street/former store front exit door and emergency exit door, I wouldn't have stayed.”
