“Clean and warm cottage in the center of town, very quirky but a nice environment, it is on one of the few roads running through Rye so does suffer from some traffic noise although not too intrusive. Everything was in order on our arrival so all in all a nice place to stay. ”

“Had a lovely stay at the coach house, with my 3 daughters and dog. Alison and Philip were really helpful and care about the experience of their guests. Some really nice and helpful elements about this property.
