"We absolutely loved our stay at this wonderful hotel. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable — a perfect place to relax and unwind. The meals were truly exceptional and among the most special dining experiences we had during our trip. The hotel is located in a charming little town that feels almost as if it were taken straight out of a movie. The atmosphere, surroundings, and attention to detail made our stay feel very special. The staff were generous and kind, we were able to book the private onsen for a very reasonable price to accommodate our tattoos and our family going together. The half board was delicious. This is not a luxury stay so much as a real Japanese cultural experience and we had a great time as a family of four USA folk with teens."

The onsen bath/ ofuro was extremely relaxing, clean, and refreshing. The staff are above and beyond professional and extremely courteous. We will definitely come back to stay at this hotel. We highly recommend this hotel after a long day of hiking and sightseeing."
