"All of staff including breakfast crew are absolutely kind and polite. I assume their company policy would work well internally, all staff make smile for guests/visitors all the time. I do storongly recommend this hotel, SUPER HOTEL tho I've already stayed this hotel in other places as 5 times."

"It was a very enjoyable stay at this culturally authentic accomodation.The city is incredibly charming and peaceful and this villa fits perfectly with that atmosphere. Great location, within 5 minute walk from train station and main shopping and dining streets."

"An older hotel with a bit of character, complete with physical room keys. Clean enough, with friendly staff, and it gets the job done for a simple stay. The location is on the quieter side of the station, so there are fewer restaurants right outside, but a convenience store is nearby for anything you need. Basic but perfectly serviceable for a night’s rest."

"Excellent service, quick check in. Let us leave our bags when we arrived in the morning so we could shop. View of harbour is beautiful. Close to Cosmo World, train station, World Porters, Cup Noodle Museum. The room I had was dated and smelled like smoke, but very clean."
