「We booked this through hotels.com and we got a confirmation however they did not nor did they receive payment. We arrived and the host Valentina was waiting for us (because we called). She graciously let us in the gates and showed us one of two rooms to choose from which either one was fine. We were hungry and Valentina recommended a nearby restaurant that had great food. We woke up to a beautiful continental breakfast which tasted amazing and a latte. It was really foggy and we had to rush...

「Great stay overall. The staff were outstanding and made my short stay seamless and enjoyable. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious and well stocked with everything I needed. It was an ideal choice for a solo traveler staying one night. The only minor issue was limited soundproofing, but it didn’t detract from my overall positive experience.」

「The Hotel location provides a private and relax environment for holiday in Venice. Good: Accommodation - the room is quiet and tidy. Room service is excellent, in room dining is good too. Staff - all the staffs are friendly and helpful. Food - quality of in room dining and restaurant are good. Bad: Toilet is too old for 5 stars hotel, there was only bath and no shower. There was no cover for the bath which makes it’s difficult to shower.」
