They double booked my the unit I had been assigned and by the time I had arrived, it was the late evening and I had to spend over 4 hours on the phone with two companies’ resepctive support lines, a total of some 7 support agents, after numerous escalations and the same circular conversation that did not resolve anything. Has a fun theme and all the amenities one needs while wanting to feel at home while away from it. They are kind, helpful, and available for timely communication and information.
