Our stay went from bad to worse upon arrival. I want to preface this review by saying situations happen that are out of our control, but how those situations are handled is key.
We were traveling with 12 adults on our yearly ski trip and this home looked like a perfect fit with 3 queen and 3 king sized beds advertised. We soon found that those 3 queen beds were in fact full size, thus forcing several guests on air mattresses. We looked past this and made it work.
That evening when our group tried to take showers, we discovered ice cold water! I contacted Jeremy with PMI and upon inspection the blower was out. Again, things like this happen, but how this situation was handled by Jeremy, as well as his boss, was not only unacceptable but highly unprofessional.
We were told it would be 3-4 days before the HVAC could be repaired due to “Presidents’ Day “. We were offered another property with less sleeping space that was 40 minutes away and no compensation was offered if we did have to pack up our vacation and relocate. When I spoke to Jeremy and his superior concerning the hot water and bed situation, they were combative, rude, and unaccommodating.
After speaking with VRBO and filing a report, PMI finally started to make some progress. We ultimately were stuck in our original rental with no hot water for 3 days before anything was done. BEWARE OF PMI Summit Colorado!!
