“Clean place with a pretty courtyard. There was plenty of parking, check-in was fast and easy. I was given a map to help me find my room easier. Best Westerns never fail me.”

“The staff was very nice, check in was fast and efficient. I was offered a choice of room views for my king room and chose the courtyard and valley view which was pretty. Property was clean but dated. The pool area was lovely but no time to use it unfortunately. We were only there overnight to attend a wedding nearby in Simi Valley. The bathroom shower could use a larger shower head and higher water pressure. The TV is small and would be nice to upgrade to larger size. Coffee maker should also……

“Everything was fine with the stay except for I needed to check in late. My wife called the hotel to let them know. They said that reservations automatically get canceled at midnight. I ended up arriving after mi night like I told them. They had to figure a way to che k me in. The staff was nice about it, but after driving 8 hours and then having to deal with this was not great a great experience. I would recommend people not stay here, if you have to arrive late. ”
