EG Excellent bathrooms A bit noisy due to the room location - was hoping for better location as I had booked early but I get the feeling many others had been coming for years and as a newbie. Note that Jersey is not inexpensive.”

“Excellent sea view from the balcony. The room is spacious and clean. The floor of the hotel room seems to be made of wood. When you walk in the room, you will feel the floor vibrating, and even the furniture in the room will vibrate as well.”

“This hotel was simply ama big! The customer service was outstanding. They did everything they could to ensure we had a wonderful experience. ”

“The hotel was well located and had a nice reception area. Our bedroom was nice but a bit noisy due to overlooking a main road. Pillows were very thin and we had to double them up. Weirdly, our bathroom sink was at mid-thigh level which was odd given that the room was too small to be a wheelchair-friendly room. The spa area was nice but there were no tea mugs in the relaxation room and no hooks in the shower areas for towels/swimwear. Bohemia was a nice restaurant but the food was a little……

“The position of the hotel is convenient for the shops, the port and the bus station. The standard rooms are extremely 'tight'. There is very little space in the bedroom and a tiny bathroom. No views from the windows. If staying in St Hellier again, I would choose Premier Inn because the rooms are bigger and more 'user friendly'.”

“This Hotel is spotless, everywhere is clean, the staff were very helpful, the breakfast was very good the only thing was that there wasn't air conditioning in the bedroom other than that we couldn't fault this Hotel and we will stay again at the Savoy!”
