“The room was clean, staff were lovely ”

“Nice traditional hotel. Lovely staff. Decor would benefit from an update. Fixtures , fittings and furnishings need a refresh. Didn’t like having 2 single duvets on a double bed. Breakfast is good- cooked to order - the same offerings every day. Pool quiet and pleasant but lacks changing facilities. ”

“Room was dated, but very tidy and clean, pool facilities were okay, but in need of refurbishment. The sauna was out of order and the mini gym lacked a treadmill. We stayed in a family room, it could have done with more towel rails in the bathroom and a drying rack for when the weather is less agreeable. Otherwise, the staff were amazing and made our stay memorable and fantastic. The plentiful parking was a massive bonus, as was the included breakfast.”

“My room had a wonderful sea view and balcony, which made it delightful. Of course the hotel is conveniently located straight across from the beach so it's easy to take a daily stroll on the sand. I booked a massage while I was at the hotel and that was very relaxing. I strongly recommend it! The breakfast is very mediocre, sadly. It would be asy to elevate this by including fresh-baked bread and some other locally made specialties, which must surely be available. My poached eggs on toast were……

“The room was okay but did not feel like a premium room. It felt a bit tired with a few trip hazzards i.e. lamp cable plus chipped tile in bathroom needs attention. No separate shower or non slip mat. It was difficult getting in and out of the bath. Room was not made up during our stay. However Chloe was very helpful.”

“I had a room with sea view and the views are stunning, you can't ask for more. Room and bathroom is spacious, bed very comfortable. You have a nespresso machine and kettle for tea, a little fridge with Jersey milk. Some wear in the room, but nothing major. Everything clean. I was able to check in early which was great. “This place was head and shoulders above the Premier Inns in the UK. I use the chain for work fairly frequently and for pleasure occasionally so I have a good idea what to expect, most are OK, a few are better and a few are poor. This one in St Helier however was exceptional. The price was very reasonable. It was very clean and airy, the young staff were exceptionally helpful and very nice. The breakfast was well cooked.
