“ We are 3 elderly friends. Communicatin regarding accessing property was excellent as was information regarding places to visit and dog friendly places to drink and eat. On entering the house we were all pleasantly surprised kitchen come dinner is lovely with everything required to live like home from home. Lounge is also very comfortable with a cosy homley feel. We all had a bedroom each and all slept very well. It was very good to have toilet and wash basin upstairs and a bathroom downstairs……

“our stay at stepping stones skegness was fantastic was greeted on booking in by the owner with friendliness made us feel at home.slept very well in comfortable beds and in the morning we enjoyed a full breakfast which was well up to the mark of 5 star if we ever think of staying at skegness for a few nights again would definately check to see if there was any vacant rooms here first well done to the owners on there friendly spirit and top quality bed and breakfast would recomend to friends.”
