「We had a wonderful stay in paradise. The Pictures don’t give it justice. From Stafan, to his staff we felt like kings and queens. I definitely recommend hiring chef Ramiro, he is amazing! We felt very safe and comfortable in the community. Lots do there from shopping, tons of restaurants and you can swim with dolphins! I highly recommend getting a golf cart or two depending on how many in your group. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to be back next year!」

「Notre séjour a été un très bon souvenir. Nous avons fêté Noël dans cette maison et avons ouverts les cadeaux sous le regard des singes. Car oui, la maison est au milieu d'une petite jungle ce qui permet aux singes (qui n'appartiennent pas aux propriétaires des lieux, je précise) de venir souvent nous faire un coucou depuis les arbres. "This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room' or 'this is the general problem'. The daily activities and restaurants are good but I think the room itself is the basic of which the problem and technicians visits, really bother our holiday mood."
