"We stayed here for Danish Days. Really liked this hotel. Room was huge. Liked having a full size kitchen. The staff was friendly, particularly the cleaning lady (wish I'd asked her name) who I chatted with in the lounge. I needed to get in a short workout and the gym was very clean and all the equipment new. The a lounge has a pool table, foosball, fireplace, and a huge DVD library. We rented a movie (its free) to take back to our room and they gave us a bag of microwave popcorn to go with it (yay, popcorn)! Its close to downtown Solvang and nice being able to walk everywhere and not worry about parking. I'd stay here again."

"The landsby is a lovely hotel. Well located. Nicely refurbed rooms with a bit of danish chic (rather thsn hygge). Staff nice but didn’t tell us about amenities. We didn’t know there was a pool when we might have used it. Restaurant decent to good. Sone starter portions were ridiculously large (not a bad thing) Waiters and bar staff could have talked a better game on the wine options."
