“Good place to stay, right across from park. Parking is a bit scary on steep stope of driveway. The place was clean except the floor is very dusty, since we all prefer to be barefoot at home this was a small issue where our feet got dirty quick. We rinsed and just wore shoes instead. Children can be heard at about 7am stomping and screaming but they provided earplugs so that helped too. Place was very cozy and comfortable in the dining, living room, and kitchen. “The property was exactly as advertised. This is a small apartment located right off of South Lamar. It is very close to downtown and Zilker park. We were able to go to Barton springs and enjoy the water even if it was a little cold. This is a great spot for anyone looking for a quick, affordable getaway. It is not a big rental built for entertaining, but rather a cozy apartment for easy access to Austin.”

The neighborhood is very nice and super close to downtown and Zilker Park which was perfect for our holiday plans. “Location is unbeatable. Neighbors in the unit have clearly had bad experiences with other short-term renters here, judging by the looks we received coming and going. We were quiet as a mouse so I know the looks weren't meant to address our behavior. We live in a tourist town, too, so we understand. “Check-in was as described and very easy. The apartment was very comfortable, clean and large. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, stove, large refrigerator, ice maker and all the necessary things. The washing machine (even with detergent) and dryer in the apartment in a separate room were very practical. As requested, we had an apartment on the 9th floor with a view of downtown.
