「I hope the elevator service can be improved, each elevator ride requires a wait of about ten to twenty minutes.」

「Ok hotel but need to go to another building」

「It was the worst experience ever. The building where our room was located at had the elevator not working, so imagine how inconvenient and dangerous was to go upstairs all the way up to the third floor carrying all our luggage. There was no help provided from any of the staff members. Apparently it’s been that way for weeks. Absolutely unacceptable. The breakfast items were mediocre. Honestly was expecting something better than that. And lots of hiddens unfortunate fees. Definitely never coming...
