「外观看上去很小的一间酒店。没有电梯行李上下很不方便。清洁程度有问题，在枕头上发现有很多的头发。刚入住时听见有狗叫，打开厕所窗户看到，离开50米的距离一头年轻的小黑熊被大黑狗逼得躲到了树上，不下来，周围的人还来和它自拍。」

「The house was just as described. It was very clean and super nice hosts. This place is super convenient! If we’re ever in Anchorage again, we’d definitely stay here and will recommend to several of our friends who are planning trips to Alaska!」

「Beautiful off grid property with all the amenities. The hosts are the nicest people and very attentive but not obtrusive. Would highly recommend if you are planning a visit to Seward.」

「This guest house was a fun place to fish for Sockeye Salmon! The pier was perfect to catch and clean the salmon. The host met us as we pulled into the property and showed us around. The guest house was clean and very nice! The host also provided us waders and helped process our catch!」

「The property was very clean, organized, and comfortable. The hosts were very polite and accommodating when needed. And, the price was very reasonable. I stayed in one of the private rooms, and shared a bathroom with one other room. I never felt like my privacy was threatened, and I felt almost as if I were at home. I’ll definitely be staying there again when i return to Seward.」

「Julia was a wonderful host. The 0North (annex with two suites) was furnished with stylish modern / Scandanavian decor. Comfy bed. Great downtown location! Free off street parking. Small kitchen was well stocked with a delicious selection of light snacks and beverages. The only down side would be the narrow steep flight of stairs that would make the 0North suites non-accessible for anyone with mobility challenges. Would definitely stay here if we are ever in Anchorage again.」

「男主人待人接物不错，女主人根本就不适合开旅馆，性格明显不好，告诉我们她的旅馆是没有早餐的，我们说订房网站写得很清楚包含早餐，她说只有冰箱的牛奶，桌上的麦片等泡着吃，其他都没有，我们打电话给网站，他们回复我说给她打电话确认了会有的，可是早晨还是什么都没有，不知道是房主搞错了还是网站搞错了，希望网站也搞清楚给我们一个交代，总之我们的心情受了影响。」
