“该酒店整体住宿体验一般。房间有很重的难闻的气味儿；没有空调，晚上还是有一点儿热；马桶的水非常小，根本冲不了马桶，服务员看过以后也没办法解决，给了一个水瓢接水冲马桶，说是第二天找专业人员来解决，结果住了两个晚，截止退房也没有解决这个问题。洗脸池热水和冷水是通过两个水龙头流出的，并且两个水龙头的距离有点远，使用起来非常不方便，这种奇葩的设计我是第一次见到。”

“在這個15世紀的建築內，電梯非常的復古只能坐兩個人還蠻特殊的，房間內的設施也還不錯，很有自己的味道，餐廳的服務生以及環境都非常好，裡面是英式早餐的自助餐。 飯店外面就直接是大街上，可以去走走逛逛，旁邊呢還有兩個汽車的銷售中心，一個是法拉利一個是瑪莎拉蒂，可以看到很多很棒的車，又可以到新森林公園裡頭去走走。”

“Although not near the beach, it is not a long walk. The location is great and is at town centre. Have private car park, however the facilities are quite old and the bed is too low. We found insert in the bath tube so that we did not use it”

“Good: The decoration of the room is cozy and in good classic style There is a bar on the ground floor which is good Staff are nice and friendly Bad: Strong smell in the bathroom which is disgusting, we think that comes from the eroding wood The water boiler is not clean and there is even water remain inside Being asked for the room key after check out but believe their staff mixed things up (Wrong number tag on the key)”
