“This property has seen better days, needs maintenance and refurbishment”

“We were upgraded to a suite from a deluxe double as the booked room was not available to us. The third member of our party got the deluxe double room and was very pleased with it. Very spacious and comfortable suite. Hot water was a bit hit and miss during the day but was available in the evening. Unfortunately the swimming pool was closed for maintenance on the day we were there which was irritating as we booked this hotel because it had a pool. We did advise the hotel that the maintenance……

“The photographs have no resemblance to reality. It does not reserve three starts by any means. It is unacceptably dirty. I would not stay there again even at one third of their rates.”
