"What can we say? Another fantastic trip and stay. Right from the beginning, we felt welcome and comfortable; nothing was too much trouble for the team. All the staff were incredibly helpful and polite throughout our visit. ​This is the "go-to" for my son every time we visit London. At just 8 years old, he has already decided he only wants to stay here—and I totally agree! Thank you so much for everything; we already look forward to our next visit soon."

"Tesco express and pub nearby, property ok but a bit dated, signs for the previous hotel still up. Parking is down the road, told us to park then on check in gave us a sign to put in car so we had to go back to parking area, staff not particularly friendly "

"Hotel communal areas were dirty. Restaurant overpriced. Room very small, claustrophobic and cold. Pool overcrowded and unusable. "

"The hotel apartment was nice and in a good location 6min walk to the station or a 1 min walk to the ferry. The rooms are on the small side as not much room to store bags. This could be fixed if the lamp and small table removed as not need and just get in the way. This is where you could put suitcases. The thing i like was the moment something wasnt working properly it was fixed the same day or next. Would definitely stay here again"
