“Exceptional service from the entire staff. The owner personally walked us around the entire property and shared valuable information about the area, which made our stay even more special. We were running late for check-in, but the front desk staff thoughtfully checked on us and waited to ensure we arrived safely. The rooms were spotless, and everything was in perfect working condition. The service throughout our stay was excellent. The rooms had a cozy cabin-like feel, exactly what we were……

“Arrived late to our VRBO, found cleanliness to be poor. Listing was listed a no pets, found pet and human hair throughout, however worst was all the bedding, sheets and pillows. Housekeeping did come with fresh sheets at 10pm. Management had no consideration to even a partial refund, or moving us to another room. Communication slow and non accommodating. Not sure why they couldn't at lease remove my cleaning fee, when it wasn't cleaned before we arrived. ”

“Wifi and TV streaming didn’t work. All water stopped working the next morning. Couldn’t even flush”

“This is our second time staying at the Nash Cabin and both times have been perfect for our family. The size of the house is roomy for everyone to spread out and lounge with comfy furniture and a large dining room. The play structure in the backyard was perfect for kids. Beds and comfy, bathrooms are spacious and the kitchen is also perfect for any size meal.The host is communicative and responsive. There was a snow storm in the middle of our stay and their plow service ensured we could get in……
