“They really undersold this listing! The view, location, and amenities were all better than we expected! We enjoyed it so much we ended up adding a night. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. This is a gated condo community with amazing staff and amenities. This particular suite was on the top floor with an amazing ocean view. “The room was small but ok. Clean and quiet. The only problem is that the address that was sent is 9200 and it was 9300. So i went crazy looking for it for 30 minutes walking back and forth. Also I like coffe in the mornings. There is a coffee machine but no coffee. 🤔”

“It was wonderful! The room was airy, clean and very comfortable. The bathroom big and roomy. This room has every thing you need for a few days stay. A microwave to heat up left overs, plates, silverware, napkins dish soap...they thought of everything. After a day of revisiting all that Destin has to offer, we could relax on the comfortable couch and watch TV, visit the hot tub or just gaze out our back balcony, There is an convenient sidewalk for walking or jogging around the golf course, an on……

“My husband and I stayed here with our daughter's family. The townhouse was the perfect setup for us. We took the lower level which consists of a large bedroom, full bath and kitchenette / living room combo. Our daughter's family took the 2 upstairs bedrooms / bathrooms and we shared the main floor living room / kitchen. The unit was well appointed and had everything we needed. It's been beautifully updated. We've stayed in a few of the Sanddolllar units in the past and this one ranks at the top.……

“I would give it a 5 star all around but there are a few thing I didn’t like, the stay was great, the wharf town nearby was amazing (expensive tho), the whole neighborhood was amazing, the complementary bicycle rentals are a must! And the view from my room was exceptional. One of the thing I didn’t like was the fees that you have to pay additional to your stay, cleaning fee per stay, resort fees per night and incidental hold per night… its been a couple of days since I checked out and still……

“This was an amazing property!! Simply nothing negative about this place. This is the nicest home we have ever stayed in with 14 years straight in the Seaside/Seagrove/Rosemary areas. The location is simply unbeatable! You won’t be disappointed with this place!! So take my next paragraph with that in mind! Now, Management was excellent through the booking process and all the way up until checkin. Then…impossible to reach on checkin day! We had an issue as the home wasn’t ready when we arrived at……
