“The only reason we actually stayed the whole night was that we were exhausted and had 3 children who needed to sleep, and it was 10 p.m. I think they put us in the "residencial" part of the hotel. My teen walked into the room and got scared because the TV was on, so I went in to check that no one was in there. “The property canceled our reservations when we arrived because " the AC isn't working". We were told to contact Expedia for a refund. Now we are being told that Expedia can't give us a refund because they can't contact the property.”
