“The property was clean and well maintained. All my request was meet upon arrival. I was very well pleased. Will stay again upon visiting the city of Bham”

“We stayed in a suite and it was as advertised. The room was spacious and very clean. The Air conditioner was on already so we walked into a cool room. Bathroom was clean and the refrigerator in the kitchenette worked well.”

“From the staff at check in to the staff at check out and all parts in between this was an amazing place to stay. So very nice to be welcomed and greeted after a long day of driving. The room was wonderful and my only complaint if you want to call it that was that our room A/C never cooled to what I set the thermostat at. Not sure if it was not working properly or what. Everything else was amazing though”

“Poor maintenance staff things that are broken are not getting fixed. Suggest replacing all the locks on the doors. Got sent to three different rooms locks did not work on any of them. Breakfast was terrible don’t understand how you can screw up powered eggs but it happened. We will avoid all Holiday inn express in the future improvements need to be made.”
