“I am more unhappy with Expedia than the Drury Inn regarding this visit. The Drury Inn @ Grandview is undergoing a MAJOR RENOVATION and Expedia failed to inform me. I would have NEVER booked and paid full price to stay there during this time had I been made aware. I was informed by the front desk the day before arrival, and after the cancellation deadline had passed, when I called to inquire about an early check in. “Got booked in a preoccupied room first. Then for the fourth time going back down to the reservation desk the check in guy told us there was a trick to opening the door. Back up we go again to finally gettin our room. The water pressure is terrible. Could barely get the soap out of my hair. The whole place needs an upgrade for $300 a night. ”
