From a misunderstanding and overcharged for the amount of people that were staying,to getting the refund was not easy!It took several attempts after I wasn’t refunded the full amount initially! The ADVERTISED free wine was delivered after calling, but we didn’t know there was a broken wine opener to use and had to buy one.The ADVERTISED fireplace- DID NOT WORK!The ADVERTISED Jacuzzi -HAD NO WATER IN IT but I kept getting emails to……

The unit was extremely clean and organized, with a lot of thoughtful touches that gave it a very cozy feel. The hot tub was wonderful, and extremely private. Would definitely stay here again. The hosts were incredibly easy to work with, and were very responsive to any questions that we had. ”
