First, the room was not cleaned on the day of registration and I had to wait for half an hour. Then, when I came back at 8 o'clock that night, I couldn't enter the room because the room door was not charged and I had to wait for more than half an hour. The room smelled and the washing machine could not be used. I will never choose this hotel again."
