“The space was dirty and not well appointed. Worst part was there was no air conditioning working in the house and when we asked the host who was on the property, he said "sorry, it broke yesterday". It was over 30 degrees outside and hotter inside. Absolutely a horrible experience. We left and I asked for a full refund - called the owner and he yelled at me multiple times "no way!" over and over. ”

“The host fraudulently charged 2000 for a table that was broken when we arrived. The house is basically a tear down in a posh neighbourhood. One of two furnaces doesn’t work. Flooring separated and walls cracked. Interesting choices for electrical outlets - a power bar buried into the wall. One master bedroom had creepy mirror at bed level. Place was used by 5 executives for an overnight board meeting. No damage done - two weeks later we get notification of a broken table and 2000……

“We loved this location in Niagara. It's close to a small downtown area that is less touristy and was lots of fun to walk around. We were still close to the falls and all the tours, but it felt much more relaxed to be a short distance away. The house itself was so fun to explore when we first arrived. It was great to have enough beds and bathrooms for a mixed family group, and we really enjoyed ourselves!”
