「可以提前跟飯店約好車站到飯店的接送，但是要提早至少一兩天寫信或是要直接打電話，我們因為抵達時間沒有確定所以沒先約，當天出發前才寫信詢問，結果等到我們隔天都坐火車離開了飯店才回信。但是有直接跟櫃台約隔天送到火車站，很方便。 房間很大，有嚇到。有玄關區，也有很大的衣櫃， 三人房很寬敞連帶衛浴也是像飯店四件式，噴砂玻璃隔一間廁所，一間淋浴，另外有浴缸。衛浴區是用木門隔音較佳。 早餐中規中矩，很舒適的飯店」

「The apartment was very clean and well designed The location is excellent in the center of the old town and an easy walk from the train station, with cafes and restaurants nearby There is a small restaurant across the street It was quite noisy but by 10:30 PM it has stopped and in addition the windows are very well insulated so it was not a problem We didn’t particularly like the VERY soft bed but some people appreciate it All in all it was a pleasant stay」

「A very convenient location and close to VISP station (Banhoff). It is a good hub for going to Zermatt and other sight seeing point. The hotel allow me an early checkin that is amazing in Europe. Thanks to that. The room is neat and tidy with a nice balcony. There is construction work nearby and the hotel provide 3M earplug for us that shows the empathy of the hotel.」

「房間整體感覺非常好，在市中心，有車站接送，本來預定了3天不可取消的3人房，因為飛香港班機取消，導致整個旅程延誤兩天，只能住一天，真是大虧，但酒店的貼心服務及豐富的早餐，大大減低了這種感覺，退房時櫃台主動退了20元的城市稅，更是覺得窩心，下次有機會會再入住！」
