“Ideal for Grand canyon and other northern AZ visits. The house and detached play area are both very cool. Easily accommodates 8+ guests. Be careful about GPS directions though, check with owner to stay on paved roads and not get bamboozled by software into going off road.”

“Nice property, as described. Seems almost brand new. Well-appointed kitchen, multiple balconies, easy wi-fi access. Super location. Note it is a three-level unit, lots of stairs, might not work for everyone. Easy check in and check out. Minimal honey-do list for check out. Some places have pages of instructions, not this one! Our only frustration was with something out of the control of the owners. If you have a long car, you may have trouble getting into and out of the parking area. The……

“Cozy stay with family and friends. We appreciated the open common space and the fact that the property was central to all the stores. Location was ideal for taking day trips to Williams and to the South Rim Grand Canyon. Side notes: The driveway was extremely steep; unable to park our van (impossible when it snowed). The trash bins were in the garage, therefore, the smell was not pleasant each time we walked through to get in or out.”

“This place is adorable. My son and I stayed for two nights for a swim meet literally across the street at NAU. What a perfect location - we were able to go back-and-forth multiple times throughout the day, and also walk to a ton of restaurants and stores. Somebody definitely put a lot of thought into the decor. From the awnings over the front doors being old car hoods, to an old license plate covering up the sink water lines at the wall, to the cute shower in a metal bin, and the old-fashioned……

The beds and pillows were super comfortable and the hi-speed internet was perfect for hubby to do some work while we 'vacationed'. It was a beautiful, quiet neighborhood, too.
