“I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. It’s very expensive for what you actually get, especially with all the hidden fees. They charge daily for self-parking in an open lot (with plenty of space), and many amenities come with extra costs that aren’t worth it. The location is inconvenient—far from the beach and most activities. The hotel itself feels plain and not at all like a 5-star experience. “I stay at the suites (Luxury Condo), which is very comfortable and have more space for us to spend, just like at home, everything seems very good. Good service, only one thing that we are not that happy is the suites building is a bit far away from the main building. And the swimming pool, food court, spa….etc are all in the main building, we need to take the golf cart to the main building, which is a little bit inconvenient for us. “Where can I start? The room was clean and nice. But that’s as far as it goes. The food was terrible. The breakfast buffet was cold and they ran out of food and dishes. The more crowded it got, the more dirty it was. The television in my room didn’t work as well. I wanted to watch the basketball game and the channel wouldn’t come on. Parking is a nightmare and the traffic to get to Ana Marie Island or Sarasota is brutal. I should have stayed in Sarasota. ”

“We found the property very handy to the beach and spent a lot of time by the pool. The room was very clean - the staff sweeps the sand out every day. Some of our family was staying at the next property and we could easily walk across the lots in seconds. The BRGR restaurant was very handy so no need to get in the car to eat. The area has bike paths so walking and biking was pleasant. The drawbacks were minor: tiny bathroom with no vent, and the lounges by the pool were extremely uncomfortable,……

“Location was quiet and relaxing. Staff was extremely nice, and extras such as toiletry, coffee pods, and water provided. Owners of the unit we had need to do some carpentry adjustments on shelves/drawers in kitchen and bath - don’t close properly. Overall, we were were happy and would stay again.”
