“Absolutely Disgusting — Do Not Stay Here! The hallways smelled like wet mildew, and my room reeked of cigarettes. There were roaches in the room and bathtub, and the towels were dirty with hair in them. After a long day, all I wanted was to relax, but this place made that impossible. I don’t know how a hotel like this is allowed to stay open. Save your money and stay somewhere else!”

“To be honest, everything was perfect. It is one of the best hotels that I’ve ever stayed with on. The design is amazing. It’s a very comfortable quiet neighborhood as well. Everything is very close, including parks ,amusement parks, restaurants. Anything that deals with touring. It was honestly a very nice relaxing environment. I would love to return once I come back to Orlando, Florida. It is my very first time being here and to just enter in this establishment. Very nice. Very comfy and thank……

“Absolutely awful. Bad area and the bed was DISGUSTING. Mold and crumbs on the mattress protector, which I was expected to sleep on. I had to leave and find somewhere else to sleep and trying to get my money back has been a nightmare because the host is so hard to communicate with. He barely ever responds. Look elsewhere.”

“I booked this house on May 7. The very next day, I had a doctor's appointment where I was unexpectedly scheduled for a medical procedure on the same Friday I was supposed to travel to Orlando. As soon as I found out, on May 8, I contacted the host to explain the situation and requested to cancel my reservation. My trip wasn't scheduled until June 26, so I gave more than six weeks' notice. Unfortunately, the host refused to refund any portion of my payment.I understand that hosts have cancellation……
