「Hi there, overall I am quite satisfactory with our stay with Cervo Hotel with the reception very helpful and friendly. However, we had a few disappointing experiences in the restaurant in the Hotel which we would not expect for a 5 star hotel. The waiters did not provide the good service for us - first time in the restaurant they did not give us bread whereas the other tables were given bread. In the second morning, the waiter forgot our order and we had to wait for a while and needed to chase....

「I cannot say enough about this gorgeous property. What stood out besides the obvious backdrop of the stunning sea and gorgeous private beach was hands down the entire staff. Gino & Monica were instant family. I always felt so safe and taken care of by both of them. I had no idea how special this stay would become. If you are looking for a quiet, serene, clean, beauty at ever corner place to stay, look no further. 」
