“Caitlin was an excellent host - very kind & accommodating to our needs. The home was stunning & had everything we could have ever needed. ”

“We only stayed at this house for the 1st night (less than 12 hours) of our 4-night reservation, due to the condition. The property was dated and dirty. Dirt/dust on baseboards & air vents, bugs on floor, carpets not clean, most blinds were missing fins or pieces, trim paint peeling, house had a funky smell, beds did not have mattress covers, unkempt yard. Neighbor dog barked all night long, our entire family slept poorly and decided there was nothing the host could do in the short term to make……

“My mistake, I didn’t realize there was no running water in the cute little room. A short walk to the showers and restrooms is not in my will power at 60+ years old. I called the owner and was seeking help. He laughed at me. He was very rude and didn’t have a solution. Not impressed with his lack of sympathy. He could have at least pretended to care about the situation. I was shocked at his response.”

“Clean room, amazing on site trails. Communication was perfect. It was a little hard to find, the pre check-in instructions covered the directions well.”

“Because it was a shop and not your normal spot to stay by just looking at it, but it was great inside. The owner were very creative. The only issue was we had a few large black ants in the bathroom that were hard to kill, and the towels were not fresh. ”
