"Fun stay in historic hotel. Nice having access to the large patio space. Had supper in the 4th floor pizza place, the calzone was big enough for 6! Took the 'ghost tour' and enjoyed the history of the hotel. Did not see any ghosts, but most of the floors and doors were creaky."

The breakfast got a little old but we were there 10 days and we did always have great coffee and a choice of food We think improvement can be made in the front desk staff, only one man on the weekend made anyone feel welcome. The girls are efficient and meet guest needs but always staring at the computer they need customer relation training! The maintenance and maid service is super and friendly. "

"Staff was helpful and very friendly. I took my dogs with me and was not made aware of the fee of $75, but that was on booking not the hotel. I also did not get the room I requested because they had been overbooked by the booking agency. Once again, not the hotels fault. The hotel was clean and the room I got was clean and nice and fit what we needed. Overall it was a pleasant stay. Easy access to the back door for my puppies! "
