「Fantastic place 」

「We loved the history of the property and the amenity of the swimming pool was huge bonus for me and my son. We loved walking the grounds of the property and seeing all of the gardening and the trees. A beautiful quiet location with lots to explore. The breakfast was filling and can’t wait to return one day. I feel like this location would benefit from a day spa. 」

「Clean, comfortable hotel, excellent for getting into central London as apsley train station is a 2 min walk. Also close bus links if needed and good car links (M25, M1 or A41). Parking onsite can get busy but we managed to get a spot when needed. Breakfast was good and included in room rate which was appreciated. Friendly staff, room was clean and had everything you need (hairdryer, ironing board, kettle, TV, USB slots etc). Personally, we found the bed a bit small (queen size double) and firmer...

「I booked with the intention of proposing to me lovely girlfriend. The reception arranged with my friends access to decorate the room whilst we were out to dinner. Staff were amazing, location was gorgeous and food option 10/10….. SHE SAID YES!!!! A perfect trip and over the moon I chose the Grove」

「A great little B&B and a fantastic little pub. The room was warm and comfy. The pub was traditional, just as a pub should be. Excellent service too. 」

「Be aware, this is not a hotel, but rather a house located in a residential area with only three rooms. There is no breakfast, no swimming pool, and it is definitely not the so-called four-star hotel they claimed it to be. The three rooms share a single bathroom, and there are rules against showering and blow-drying your hair past 11 PM and before 7 AM. The rooms are small and dimly lit. Once you fall for their trap, there's no recourse, and the price is very high. I will never return.」
