Perfect family vacation

Great location, and my family loved spending time bouncing between the pool, hot tub, and beach. The condo was very clean, well equipped, and the reclining sofas were amazing. Would absolutely stay here again!

Enjoyed our family vacation to the beach. Beautiful condo with view of the pool and ocean. Was very clean, had nice amenities and was equipped with all that we needed. Great accommodations. Had everything we needed. The view ifrom the balcony is of the yard and pool and the ocean is just beyond the pool beyond the dunes. The host reacted quickly to questions. I would definitely book again.

This condo is very nice. Great view from the balcony. Very clean and nice amenities. Property management was very responsive and left thoughtful small touches such as bottles of water, coupons, nice welcome note, etc Highly recommend this property.

Great stay at Colony Reef

We had a great vacation experience at Colony Reef! The condo had everything we needed for our beach vacation!Condo unit had a great view overlooking pool and ocean. The condo was clean and perfect for our stay. Our adult kids who live in Jacksonville came over with grandkids to visit and the kids were in heaven. They enjoyed the indoor pool since weather was a bit cool. Loved the playground,outdoor pool and beach!A great place for family vacation or for couples wanting to get away!

Family fun and Grandsons Graduation

We had a great time visiting our kids and grandchildren. The condo was the perfect fit for us. Plenty of room, comfortable beds and recliners in the living room. We really enoyed the large patio and the view of the pool and the ocean.

Beautiful Condo

The condo was great, and property was beautiful I just wish we would have had more time to enjoy the pool. We would stay again. The only issue we had was the guest room floor was damaged and had to call and they came and remove the wood and placed a rug over it which was fine they were very helpful.

Colony Reef

This is a nice and quiet resort. The condo is on the second floor next to the elevator. There are carts available to help you transport your stuff. There are plenty of pillows and towels for everyone. We had three teenagers and two adults and it was the perfect size for us. The beach and pool is a short walk away. Our favorite thing aside from the beach, the weekend food trucks! Winn Dixie is very close too.

Great Condo

The property was excellent. Very clean and up to date. For a condo, it did not feel small and we are a family of 6. The pool was larger than expected and the beach was almost your own. One issue we did have was addressed and resolved quickly. Would highly recommend this condo.

Colony Reef

We stayed here for 4 nights and it was a really nice complex. It was very quiet, beautiful pool, and close walk to the beach. Overall the primary areas were clean, but I think more effort needs to be put into things like cup holders of the coach, shower drains, coffee filters, and sweeping. I won’t go into detail, but hopefully the cleaning staff will be informed of these things that guests notice. With that being said, we would still stay again!

Great trip!

This is a very unique beach property in a great way! There is a large grassy courtyard and every evening everyone was sitting on porches and the kids would play baseball, soccer and all kinds of sports. My 8 year old was in heaven! The pool is very large and I loved being able to take stairs and not having tu wait for elevator! There must be a law against high rises because there were NONE which I really loved. Also no chair rentals taking up the whole beach! Our u it was clean and had so many extra conveniences like chairs, beach towels, beach toys, etc. we had a great time!

Nice relaxed stay.

The property was clean, nice and had all the conveniences (washer, dryer, kitchen, etc). Just walk out the front past the pool and you can walk along a beautiful Atlantic Ocean beach. Living area was nice and you can relax on the porch with an ocean view. Outdoor pool was clean and uncrowded but not heated so pretty cold. Tennis courts were available and people at the office accommodating and informative. Overall a good relaxing place to enjoy time with family and friends.

Best of the Best

We loved staying at this place… waking up with the sun and going to the pool, beach and playing tennis in the cloudy days. The apartment was beautifully furnished and equipped with everything we needed… clean, white sheets, extra blankets for the cooler days, beautiful kitchen, dishwasher, washer and drier and an electric grill…The unit had games for the kids and is close the the Aligator Farm and the St. Augustine center with the amazing historic places, night life and… the ice cream… I wish I will be able to move there tomorrow ☀️
