“This is THE hotel to stay in in St. Croix. It is right by the ferry to the island that has Christiansted's beach facing the harbor, so it's super easy to get to the island beach. The hotel owns the ferry, so hotel goers get to ride the roughly one-minute boat ride for free. The hotel is recently renovated and gorgeous. “Horrible experience. Hotel does not answer their phones and thats the only way to check in. They do not have a traditional front desk. One phone number is disconnected. The others just ring. I was unable to check in and still have not received my refund. ”

“Enjoyed our stay at The Cove! The property is currently undergoing renovations. What has been completed LOOKS GREAT. Our room was very clean but unfinished. Room definitely needs more lighting and storage. No TV service, even after getting assistance to get online. AC unit in the room, unfortunately the last night, failed. Ample parking, and the grounds/pool area all are well taken care of and maintained. The staff/owners were the best! Any issues we had they were right there to help. The Cove,……
