“First off the service was A ...10 out of 10. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, food was very good too! That said we got the feeling that the property is having financial difficulties. When we walked further back into the property, there were several cottages that were completely run down, needed repairs, weeds growing everywhere, really an eye-sore. Please note that our cottage was beautiful! And for each of the 3 days we were there, there was only one or two other couples all day long……

“This is our 2nd stay at Timothy Beach and ut was better than last year. The beach is very accessible and we snorkeled right there and ot was the best. My only complaint is the mattress and pillows are awful. But hey, we didnt go there to sleep.”

“The room was large & cleaned everyday. Staff was friendly & helped get the bags to the room. On checkin there was only 1 towel & 1 water in the room but after a phone call housekeeping quickly brought the 2nd. Tishan is an excellent front desk rep. Super friendly, thorough & helpful. My booking said free breakfast which they don't do anymore but he honored it & put a note in our reservation so it wouldn't be an issue at checkout, and it wasn't. “This property needs lots of care. It looks like they can no longer support the size of this property. ”

“I like the view and the dolphins. I dislike the lack of supplies such as a broom & dust pan, no paper towel , no hand soap, I had to beg for towels . The pillows on bed were horrible. There were an iron board but no iron had to ask for that . My list of dislike shouldn’t have been & these thing must be provided to your guests moving forward.”

“很遺憾。我們線上刷卡了。也取得訂單編號了，按照入住之前打電話給飯店。一直都是語音找不到人。到達飯店因無別的客人未營業。在飯店門口再打電話終於聯絡到飯店人員，他竟然說沒收到HOTELS.COM的通知未準備 所以拒絕我入住。即使拿訂單給他看他也還是堅持未準備 ，拒絕接待客人。在晚上9點多也累了只好請taxi司機載到附近找旅館。真是惡質態度飯店。希望HOTELS.Com. 趕快查明退費還我”
