“We had a phenomenal stay! The house was beautiful, spacious, had AC units in every room, close to town, great pool and views. Felt safe for our group of women and was nice to know Claudette the house manager was close by. The hill to the house is intimidating at first but we got use to it really quick. We didn't really use the kitchen but noticed it was stocked well. Also appreciated the welcome gift with snacks! Perfect after a long day of travel.”

“We arrived late at night and encountered a very poor check-in process. Although the owner eventually came to help us unlock the doors and retrieve the keys, the initial lack of support was disappointing. Communication with the host deteriorated as our stay progressed. No hot water for the last three days, the host did not seem concerned, and towards the end of our stay our emails and phone calls went unanswered. 海湾花园酒店

海湾花园酒店

8/10 好
"I truly enjoyed the cocoa tea served at breakfast, and most of the staff were warm, friendly, and courteous. When I checked in, they kindly explained how to get to Baywalk Shopping Mall and introduced the hotel’s facilities. Even when I was waiting for a taxi early in the morning at 5:00 a.m. on my departure day, they thoughtfully took the time to recommend beautiful beaches in Soufrière and a bakery well worth visiting."
