「I truly enjoyed the cocoa tea served at breakfast, and most of the staff were warm, friendly, and courteous. When I checked in, they kindly explained how to get to Baywalk Shopping Mall and introduced the hotel’s facilities. Even when I was waiting for a taxi early in the morning at 5:00 a.m. on my departure day, they thoughtfully took the time to recommend beautiful beaches in Soufrière and a bakery well worth visiting.」

「Very good resort. Food was excellent and staff was friendly. It was an excellent trip all around. Excursions are a must. Drinks were also not watered down」

「Everything was excellent!!」

「There was no pool side service, many people stopped to speak to us, but no one ever asked us if we wanted a drink. The chairs by the pool were uncomfortable and we had to seek out cushions on our own. The only poolside food that was available was via a food truck and was not good. Many staff seemed like they wanted to be helpful but the actual helpfulness varied. A lot of information given to us as special upgrades for being an Expedia member did not exist. The food options were minimal at night...

「It is on the beach. Some of the staff was helpful, others weren’t.Bathroom had black mold around it.Cleaning service was extremely poor.I left a water glass on the night table the night I arrived and it was still there when I checked out 4 days later. I went to restaurant and apparently they were delayed in opening and staff was just walking past without asking if I need any assistance.Nice hotel overall but staff needs more training overall.」

「Friendly staff, great location. Not too far from restaurants, is in walking distance of the marina which has a miminart and many food options. Although the building itself needs better maintaining, I would return.」

「Great location, you can visit the shopping center nearby and some food restaurant you can choose. 」
