“Lovely room with everything you need. Pub was great for dinner and the breakfast was excellent (Great choice of cooked options and good selection of cereals, juices, yoghurts, croissants etc). All the staff I came into contact with were wonderful, friendly and very helpful. Will be staying again next time I am down in the area.”

“It’s not like staying at a Premier Inn or Travelodge but does the job. Could do with some updating and don’t expect an early breakfast as it starts at 9am. You get what you pay for to be honest and the bed was comfy, loo, shower there so just what you need essentially. Wi-Fi just didn’t work in my room which I’m guessing was because I was at the top so a boaster would help. Replenishing of tea and coffee, biscuits etc in the room would be great. “Hotel was very clean,staff very helpful. Breakfast was ok but the quality of cooked food could have been better. We went for a wedding which was lovely. We didn't use the spa or pool as only there for one night. It was the hottest day of the year and in the parts that were air conditioned it was ok but the actual wedding was outside in the garden and there was no shade for the quests we were all melting and got sun burnt so would advise if its the reason for your visit take hats or umbrella. “We upgraded from a cosy room to a superior room. The room itself was lovely, though quite small and the bathroom had a roll top bath. The room was extremely clean and the decor was lovely. However, I would say that there was little space to put any of our things, little surface space in the bedroom and the bathroom. Our room was on the top floor; we were asked before arrival whether we had an problem with stairs, and there were quite a few levels to go up so be aware of this. I do have one……

“We were at the Oyo hotel due to our other chalet being unavailable. When we arrived at the Oyo Stade hotel was so outdated. The Oyo Stade hotel lacked air conditioning, outlets, good mattresses and bed frames. The windows do not open Al the way so It was extremely hot. We asked for an extra fan and they accommodated us with that. They NOT have any laundry services available and the laundromats nearby open and close at inconvenient hours as we were there for a three day conference with a long day……

“Very clean room with plenty of tea making facilities and lots of hot water, fluffy towels and a comfortable bed. Helpful full length mirror in bedroom. Some of the communal areas look a bit tired, but staff welcoming and room was great for my needs (staying overnight in area ready for family get together). Great location for Hythe and walk along seafront short drive away.”

“Clean, everything you need, walking distance to beach, nice and quiet. Would be 5 star except sofa smells, plant overgrown on entrance to property and back door very stiff and hard to lock. Lovely little estate of pretty houses”
