“Absolutely wonderful with fantastic staff, comfortable and clean rooms ...did I mention the charming and professional staff?
The tea was festive, the jazz nightly was great, and the food at every meal was just great especially breakfast.
We can't tell you how much we enjoyed the hotel and its location near British museum and Russell square. Close to underground and just a delight. We will go back. ”

“地點方便，轉角就是車站．可直達LHR機場不用轉車．但是車站內有部份要行樓梯，附近有二十四小時小型超級市場．過對面馬路就是一個公園，距離大英博物館非 常近．住宿方面設備齊全，地方整體整潔如圖，只是房間有點少．亦沒有電梯，設有雪櫃煮食爐同多士爐．地牢有洗衣乾衣機．房間需自行清潔。附近亦有不少餐廳．有機會一定會再次入住．”

“Good location, in a quiet, pleasant street, close to King’s Cross Station. The room was clean, comfortable and just as described. The fridge was useful and it was lovely to have ice cold water and other cold drinks and chocolate biscuits included gratis. Check-in was smooth and communication was excellent. “Cozy little room, slept well. But there was noise constantly from rooms next door and the courtyard until late at night, if you wake up easily, it will be a problem. Also there is no slippers, toothbrush etc given, and no fridge too. However the hotel is indeed in an excellent location with many attractions in walking distance.”

"I'm very concerned with the sleeping quality that I can get in a hotel so this hotel is between 3 to 4 out of 5 for me. The bedding is very comfortable and the room is very decent and clean. The only downside is that the wall and door are really too thin, and that the hotel is busy with people in and out. The door when closed would create a loud noise capable of waking everyone up. You can hear the music and conversation of the adjacent room easily.
Also, the cleansing staff, although having done a great job in cleaning, was really creating loud noise when they clean (including slamming the door of the cleaning room). Despite putting up "do not disturb" sign outside my room, the staff knocked on my door at 9:20a.m. just to confirm if I need housekeeping service. This is simply too annoying and stressful for a quiet enjoyment of the room."
