Caprice 401

After Rough check in due to my not so great online skills.. it was a great spot prob family of 5 or 6 would love this spot. Not only great pool but also right on the beach. Restaurants and groceries near by. Everyone on site super helpful and nice.I was able to get extra night which was awesome. Would def stay again.. Thank you

Paradise

The unit we stayed in was nicely decorated, clean, and had comfortable beds. It was a perfect location right on the beach and in walking distance to stores and restaurants. I will be coming back!

Wonderful condo near the beach.

This is a cute condo in a prime location. Very well built ( couldn’t hear our neighbors or people on the beach). The condo itself had not been cleaned or just very superficially(crumbs on the coffee table, dirty shower, dirty dishes and the floors were filthy.

Great family time

Property is well maintained, with easy access to the beach, pool, and grassy area that is fenced in. Paradise Grille within walking distance and beach chair/umbrella rental all right outside the gated area on beach. Amenities in room were great, full kitchen and comfy areas to sleep and get rested. Balcony was where we had our breakfast and chilled out at night listening to the waves. Overall great experience and would recommend!

Great Beach Stay

Good place to stay. Some things we particularly liked:1) Walkability: Could walk to at least 10 restaurants, some shopping, coffee, ice cream2) Beach Access - so quick and easy and beach was nice and clean. 3) Pool was nice and warm4) we didn't use them - but nice propane grills available for use, and a couple cabana type sitting areas near the beach that are first come first serveThey also have some beach toys on the patio - just FYI for people traveling with little kidsCouple other notes: -The pictures of the bedrooms and pool area make it look a little bigger than it is. -I was particularly traveling with teens - and there were very few kids their age out and about. More older people and people with small kids. We were there in April over Spring Break. -Parking can be a little hard - some of the spots are hard to maneuver in especially if you have a big car. Although I think it was worse on the weekends as this is next to a public beach access and I think general public was parking at the condo

Great location

Great location of condo. View of beach. Owners have excellent taste in decor of unit! Easy access to restaurants, shopping. Overall experience was good with one exception that the tile floors appeared not cleaned very well. After one day, our feet bottoms were black.

I loved the view it was great. The only thing that wasn’t great is you had to rent chairs and umbrellas on the beach. I have had two spots with skin cancer and so in order to enjoy the beach this is what I had to do since there weee not chairs available on the beach from the resort

Thank you so much to Resort Rentals and property owners for a wonderful stay. The property was everything we hoped for and more! Beautiful location and views, right on beach. Apartment was clean and well furnished. Lovely touch of welcome gift from property management made our stay really special. Thank you to everyone, would definitely rent again! If any improvement was needed maybe updated balcony furniture which were only downside but adequate. Thank you so much

This was our second time at this building, first time in this unit. The unit was cute, clean, and nicely decorated. Kitchen had everything we needed. Beds were comfy. We were disappointed with the balcony- small and on the side of the building. But loved that there were beach chairs available. Check in and check out were super easy. Beach is beautiful and sunsets are AMAZING.

A little small

We had a great stay. There were a few outlets in the condo that were not operational. It was also a little small for the 5 of us. We used the pull-out couch, but there was too much furniture (and decorative pillows) which made this a difficult process.

Good location

Wish the AC would have worked better. Put the temp at 72-74. The coolest it ever got was 75. Had no Kleenex or napkins only two trash bags for 5 days and no salt or pepper or other condiments. And found a huge bug in the bathroom the last day.

Would never stay at Caprice again!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family comes to Florida every year for vacation. Caprice was the worst condo experience we have had. Ridiculous that you have to pay $4 per day to wash your own towels and wash cloths. Not to mention the fact that during the washing/drying period our towels were stolen out of the dryer and instead of someone bringing more to us we had to drive to the place we picked our keys up to get more. Numerous times we were reprimanded by the management for ridiculous things like a float in the pool or a kid jumping in the pool. Never have we had any experience like that at the numerous condos we have stayed in. The blinds were falling down in the room and the air did not work well. We have a huge family of 17 that comes to Florida every year but we will definitely not be back to your Caprice property or any other that you own.

Amazing views

We book this hoping with amazing views of the beach. It didn’t disappoint! With a short walk down to the beach we spent every day at the beach. It was chilly and rainy a couple days of our stay but we could still stand at our window and watch the waves come rolling in.The size inside the condo was perfect for us.

Great place!

Location was great and the rooms were clean. Decorated very cute! Our son loved having a pool on site too. Would stay there again. The only, only downside would be that you have to stop at their offsite office to get grounds keys that we never used and then had to return them before we left. Other than that very small inconvenience, everything was great!
