Great location, needs some fine tuning

Great location, close to park, fishing, Pinellas trail, main Palm Harbor area. Yard is wonderful for hosting/entertaining, but electrical set up was questionable, probably needs a little work. Rooms could be a little brighter (darker paint themes), kitchen is small/tight spaces, but works, no kitchen tables/coffee table to use when seated in tv room. Has a high-top in kitchen/dining area, not ideal for kids. Sand in some of the beds when we got there. Few of the air vents were a little moldy. Didn’t arrive in town to do early check-in, but got an email saying I was eligible and it would be an additional $50! For what? Have never seen that before from a management company or VRBO. Good stay overall, but would look a little more next time.
