It was a great stay. Unfortunately it rained for four days but thankfully there was so much to do it didn’t matter. We loved the condo. It was well stocked and comfortable and clean.

BEST CONDO WITH A VIEW

Everything was as good as the pictures looked- wish there were more cleaning supplies available or a vacuum, other than that we had a great time and it was the perfect space for 3 people.

We arrived and checked in across the street. Each condo has own parking spot next to beach and pool. Pool/hot tub clean. Elevator to unit. Unit was on 4th floor and looked out over pool/beach. You cannot see other balconies. Unit was clean and beds comfortable. Kitchen lacks a casserole/oven pan. The bath towels are fluffy. There were beach towels and chairs. I would book again.

Overall the property was great. Parking was awesome. Check in a breeze. Condo had some upgrades in kitchen and bathrooms. Couch and chair were very dated. Cookware needs to be replace as all the teflon was scratched and not safe for use. Cooking utensils were plastic and melted. Bedding in second bedroom was very old and bed kinda firm. All in all though we enjoyed our stay.

Great view. Place needs a deep cleaning. Beach towels (only 2) are ratty and the “beach chairs “ only 2 were childlike. Pool was nice

On the Beach greatness

The condo was nice and clean. Right on the beach. There were beach chairs, umbrella and beach toys. No beach towels, so be sure to bring your own. There is also an umbrella and chair rental right outside the condo so if you want to go that route you can. I did wish that we had access to a vacuum because the sand in the condo was always there, but other than that, it was a great stay. The beds were okay. One other thing, there were no privacy curtains in the main room, so if you have someone sleeping on the couch, the sun will for sure wake them up!! Overall it was a great stay and we would stay again!

Beautiful location with breath taking views of the ocean

We came down for college tours, but were able to turn it into a relaxing vacation with this location. Beautiful views, direct access to the beach and lots to do in the area. The condo was clean and comfortable with many accommodations. I would definitely stay here again if heading down to the St Pete’s/Tampa Bay Area.
