“Overall, the location was wonderful. Very easy to get around, the owners were great at communicating how to get on the property and what they expected, and I loved how quiet and private the neighborhood was. That being said, the actual cleanliness of the property was horrendous. I got there later in the day, very easy check-in and access to the property. Phone service in that area is not great so make sure you have all the information you need before reaching the property. Once inside and……

“We didn’t actually stay, the place was a little odd, and the guests I was with were a bit uncomfortable. There were a lot of spider eggs under the furniture and my mother saw numerous bugs. The padlock the get inside was either broken or dead so we were instructed to go through the other entrance of the house which was another rental, but they kept a spare key to our unit (the basement) in the upstairs rental which kind of scared some of us. Overall, the basement itself was spacious and cute……

“This stay was overall great. The only negative thing to say is that the unit is on the ground level of a large shared home with multiple units. This made the noise level from above and next door a little disruptive. However, the host was quick to remedy the problems we encountered which were very few. “This was a very comfortable place to spend the night. We basically just needed bed space for a few nights. If we were eating here, it would be difficult as there are only 2 barstools in a cramped space. I think there would be room for a small table, which would be more family friendly. We also would have appreciated a dresser or shelving to store clothes, or some hangers in the closet and a lamp on either side of the bed. We also would have liked a top sheet on the bunk beds.
