"We were up all night because the room smelled of paint. The building was undergoing renovations. To combat the smell, we kept all the windows open. Unfortunately, we couldn’t reach customer service because it’s automated, and you never speak to a real person. It was the worst experience. I’ve switched to the Heritage hotel, but I can’t say it’s any better. In fact, it’s probably worse. There’s construction scaffolding, and it’s incredibly loud. I’m disappointed with Marriott."

"Host was responsive but the property was run down with broken deck furniture, molded seat cushions and deer food. The front door frame was rotten with a piece of plywood to walk onto. Cool location but needs some love and updates. "
