“The golf course is stunning. Lots of deer roaming around the golf course and the community - fun to watch. Barely anyone in the community - maybe scared away by the flooding of this year, fires of 2022, or lack of workers???? It was definitely peaceful & quiet. There are some quirky things about this unit like no a/c, an induction only stove & oven, front door smart lock technology that didn't work - but I contacted the host who responded quickly w/ some handy help. The pickleball & tennis……

“Everything was perfect , quite area, clean place with all the amenities they did my Christmas perfect”

“Noisy neighbors across the alley, up late at night, kids playing in the alley late.Black widow spiders in the garage.Overall had a good stay.”

“The condo was clean and well set up for guests, two bedrooms, kitchen, laundry, living room with a good choice of videos. As in most rentals, the carpet needs cleaning again— a bit stained, but vacuumed. Nothing fancy here, but good value for the price. Nice golf course view.”
