“Room was very clean, roomy & comfortable, bedding was excellent.”

All small problems but it does point to slipping standards. “The room that me and my son stayed in was room 90. This is advertised for 2 persons but it's really not. The bedroom is really a single stay because the double bed my son had to climb over me to get in or out of bed and it would have been the same if I slept near the wall. On one occasion he almost had an accident climbing out of the bed. It is definitely not fit for two people in a double bed. There was also the tap washer on the cold tap constantly dripping wasting water and a leak behind the……

“I believe this hotel has had recent issues, and was closed for a while, Well, I can only congratulate the new owners for a fantastic job on the renovations. Some of the other buildings attached to the main hotel are possibly planned for future renovations, however this didn't spoil our stay in any way. “This is a good hotel built at a Services Area suitable for breaks in between journeys. Staying in for one night is nit a bad idea except that its location is not that easy to find.”

“Property was within walking distance to Blackpool Pleasure Beach and the South Pier. Plenty of parking aroubd, we paid £15 for 24 hours. Friendly man who checked us in and out. Room was clean, warm and big enough for us (2 adults, 1 17 yr old,). We would stay here again.”
